Combine oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken stock and slurry (dissolved cornstarch) in a mixing bowl. Set aside for later
Heat a pan to high and add cooking oil
Sauté minced garlic and ginger for at least 30 seconds
Add sliced chicken breast and cook until medium brown or about 2 minutes
Stir in the pre-cooked lo mein noodles, separate then add bokchoy and cook for about 2 minutes or until tender.
Lower heat to low to medium. Pour the prepared sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens or your desired consistency.
Top with the green onion, mix and turn off the stove.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
